4-H Give Back Day

Elkhart County 4-H Corporation will sponsor Hacienda Days as a Fund
Raiser again this year. |

Tuesday, May 15th at the Goshen restaurant and Tuesday, May 22nd at the Elkhart Restaurant |

4-H clubs may help raise funds for 4-H. Elkhart County 4-H will
receive 20% of all sales that day for
food, beverages and/or gift cards as long as each location yields a
minimum of $300.00 in 4-H sales. For 4-H
to receive credit for a purchase, you must present a coupon when you

Your 4-H club can order prepaid Hacienda gift cards and receive 10% of the total you purchase. Your members may collect orders for Hacienda Gift Cards. They need to make a separate form for each location (Goshen or Elkhart) they sell for and keep a copy of the information in order to be able to deliver the cards back to those they sold to. 4-H'ers will need to bring a copy of their sales and money to the club representative. Checks for orders should be written to your 4-H club. (Orders must be through a 4-H Club) No orders or money for gift cards will be taken in the Extension office. Your club representative will purchase the cards on the 4-H Corporation Give Back date. Hacienda will not accept personal checks. The representative will need to take to Hacienda, one 4-H club check, cash, a personal credit or debit card for your club's total purchase. Your club will deliver the cards to the people who ordered them from you. After the Give Back Day...bring to the Extension office: (1) a copy of the order form (may be multiple forms from 4-H members) and (2) your Hacienda receipt for the purchase of the gift cards. When 4-H Corporation has been advised by Hacienda that we have met the minimum $300.00 in sales for the location and receives the incentive premium, 4-H Corporation will issue a check to your club for 10% of your gift card sales.
